After we book, what’s next?
Congratulations on your upcoming reservation! Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Included in that email is our Charter Agreement as well as some helpful information on the next steps to take in your reservation process.
The next step in the reservation process is the completion of a Charter Agreement. We must receive your charter agreement within 10 business days of making your reservation. Forms can be submitted to Tammy Stone, our Director of Guest Experience, faxed to 828-350-2095 or can be mailed directly to the following address:

Remaining balances are due no later than 60 days prior to sailing. A reminder will be emailed to the email address on file when this payment is due. You may also contact us at 1-866-575-3951 to make a payment.
We pride ourselves on accommodating your dietary needs and preferences so that you are comfortable while onboard. The preference form assists the crew in preparing for your charter and gives a snapshot of your interests prior to arrival. Please complete this form at least 30 days prior to your sailing date.

Be on the lookout! Prior to your vacation, you will receive an arrival letter via email containing details regarding your arrival to the British Virgin Islands.
